This patch program is one of a series of
multicultural patches that explores the traditions and
customs of the many people that live in the northeast
Ohio area.

Yuan Tan is the Chinese New Year which occurs between January 21 and February
19. The patch is available in the Council Shop. There are nine
activities. The number that must be completed depend on the age group.
All age groups must learn when Yuan Tan will take place next year and the
appropriate animal symbol and contribute to the Juliette Low World Friendship
Fund.
