Girl Scouts of North East Ohio has a non-profit partnership with Leave No Trace, Inc. located in Boulder,Leave No Trace Logo Colorado. Leave No Trace, Inc. is a national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and inspiring outdoor recreation through education, research and partnerships. Leave No Trace builds awareness, appreciation and respect for our wild lands. This partnership will provide new training opportunities for our membership along with ensuring that we can enjoy and protect our environment at the same time.

Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers
 Available for 2007 Girl Scout Events!

For Girl Scout events in 2007 for more than 100 people!  As part of the GSUSA Linking Girls to the Land partnership, the Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers are available to come to your event at no cost.  The Trainers will share information with girls and adults about integrating Leave No Trace principles into outdoor activities.

How to request a visit from the Traveling Trainers:  All requests for the 2007 season must be submitted through the on-line system by visiting http://www.lnt.org/programs/ If you have any questions, please call Leave No Trace Outreach Manager, Dave Winter at 800-332-4100, ext. 106.
