Help Girls Grow Strong!

Every year it costs $200 per girl to provide programs and support. Help us serve more girls through your gift. There are many ways you can give:

An Outright Gift : Give your gift at one time, in installments or via VISA or MasterCard. You may also direct your gift to specific programs or initiatives. You can also give a gift in honor or memory of a loved one.

Transfer Stock: Charitable gifts of appreciated stocks, bonds or mutual funds held for more than one year can provide special tax advantages. Donors can claim a charitable tax deduction for the full fair market value of the securities. Securities held less than one year may also be donated, but the deduction is limited to the lesser of cost basis or market value.

Matching Gifts: Each year corporations match gifts 1:1, 2:1, and even 3:1 through employee matching gifts programs. It can be as easy as contacting your employer’s human resource department to obtain a matching gift form. Retirees, spouses of employees, and directors of companies are often eligible for these programs, in addition to active employees.

Planned Gifts: Bequests, Life insurance policies and other components of your Estate Planning can help assure that Girls will continue to meet the challenge for years to come. Individuals who have included Girl Scouts of North East Ohio in their wills become members of the Heritage Society and are recognized through various activities throughout the year.

Gifts In Kind: Gifts of tangible personal property are another way to support Girl Scouts of North East Ohio.
