Council Shop Information

WE ARE HERE TO HELP!

• Jean is ready to assist you in any way; answer your questions and if we don’t know the answer, we will find the staff person who does.
• The shop has flags with stands or belts to be loaned out for ceremonies and parades. We also have program videos which can be loaned out.
• The shop is stocked with all your troop needs, books, badges, uniform components, gifts and items with the GSNEO logo on them.
• We stock all items listed in the current GSUSA catalog.

• Our girls benefit from your purchases. The proceeds go back to council to help defray our Girl Scout programs.

Can't Make It Into The Shop?

We will gladly take phone orders, email orders and fax orders.  Then mail them right out to you.  In-stock merchandise will go out the same or next business day.  An order form is not necessary, but if it will help you organize your order, you can download one in pdf format, by clicking here.  To email an order, send an email to jseymour@gsneo.org; to phone an order, call the shop at 216-481-1313, press 3; to fax an order, send it to 216-258-0027.  Please include your credit card information with all email and fax orders.  We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.  Appropriate shipping costs will be added.

Return Policy

• All returns or exchanges must be in new/unused condition and have original packaging/accessories.

• No return or exchange on discontinued or clearance items.

Return with Receipt

• Refund within 30 days of purchase

• Store credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued between 30-45 days

• No refunds after 45 days

• Cash refunds over $10 will be issued by mail

Return without Receipt

• Store credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued for purchases within 45 days on currently in-stock and non-discontinued items

A Souvenir Key Ring to Remember the Girl Scouts of Lake Erie Council

A key ring with patch is for sale in the shop for $2.00 to celebrate the Girl Scouts of Lake Erie Council and the 95th Anniversary of Girl Scouting.  It can also be ordered by contacting Jean by email, phone or fax.  A picture of the key ring is shown below.
