All About Animals in NE Ohio

Why do some animalsCardinal only eat plants while others eat meat?  Do you wonder why some animals have large ears while others have small ears?  How an animals looks and behaves depends a lot on its environment.  Each person will choose an animal in NE Ohio and research it.  You will then create a book you can put together after everyone has finished their page about their particular animal.

All About the Water Cycle

Milk CartonDid you know Ohioans use about 11,700 million gallons of water per day? Think about a gallon of milk your mom buys at the store.  Consider how many gallons of milk your mom would have to buy per day to match how much water we use.  Where does water come from?    In order to find this out, you must first learn about the water cycle.
