Be A Girl Scout

Girl Scouts discover the fun, friendship, and power
of girls together, and you can be a part of it! Whether
you're a girl, a college student working on a community
service project, a parent ready for an outdoor
adventure with your daughter's troop, or an
adult—female or male—looking to make a difference in a
girl's life, there's something for you in Girl Scouts.
The possibilities are endless!
Girls
Girls can join Girl Scouts at different age–levels:
- Daisy Girl Scouts, ages 5-6
- Brownie Girl Scouts, ages 6-8
- Junior Girl Scouts, ages 8-11
- Girls ages 11-17 experience Girl Scouting through
STUDIO 2BSM

A girl can be a Girl Scout in many different ways.
She can:
- Register
individually and get regular updates by mail on
council-wide events and opportunities.
- Sign up for Girl Scout Day Camp.
- Join a short-term interest group, like a travel
or high adventure group.
- Join a troop with a group of girls and a couple
of adults in your area.
- Attend a drop-in site at a community or housing
center.
